– U.S. and Canadian orders are shipped from the U.S.
– U.K. and European orders are shipped from the U.K.
– Australia and New Zealand orders are shipped from Australia.
– Other orders are shipped either from the U.K. or U.S.
Shipping charges for regular shipping only (no Bundle and/or Special Offers):
– For U.S. and U.K.: Shipping charges are $4.00 for orders under $35.00, and FREE, for orders of $35.00 and over.
– For Canada and all other Countries: Shipping charges are $15.00 for orders under $100.00, and FREE for orders of $100.00 and over.
